Congress Policies
Cancellations:
Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Congress Secretariat at info@iatdmct2024.org on or before August 15, 2024 in order for registration fees to be refunded.
Cancellation charges:
- Up to and including August 15, 2024: Registration fee will be refunded less $50 administration fee.
- After August 15, 2024: No refunds on registration fees will be made. Substitutions can be made.
Special Access and Food Requirements:
Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the delegate’s responsibility. Special dietary requests, if available, will only be accommodated through advance registration.
